So yesterday i had bought the Proactiv 3 step kit which also included the Refining mask, from a vending machine at my local mall for $29.95. I thought it was a bit pricey just for the basic kit because if you order online you get the deluxe kit for the same price but i didnt want to wait for it to come in.
I have been struggling with acne since i was in the 7th grade and since then they've never stopped coming. I had tried Proactiv before and it worked fairly well but I ran out and hadnt had a chance to buy some more. So, now that ive been going through a really bad breakout for a few months now, i decided to give this another try.
Since i bought it yesterday i was eager to use it so i started using the 3 step's last night (march 26, 2011). And since I am in desperate need to get rid of my acne i went ahead and also used the refining mask.
Immediately after doing the full 3 step's last night i felt a difference in my skin, it wasnt a dramatic difference but a slight difference in my skin than usual. It felt softer and smoother and my pimples were already dried up, like the skin on top of it had dried and started to peel.
So this morning i woke up and looked in the mirror, I could see that every single pimple i had, had also decreased in size and there was no redness. My pores were visibly smaller and throughout the day i was less oily than normal. My face also felt softer.
Overall, i have faith in this product. I really like it and the short term effects definitely show quickly. Im going to continue to use these 3 steps and update in a week.
